Why I Do This

I'm often asked what my motivation is when it comes to finding time to train clients, provide nutrition coaching, providing content, taking time to answer questions, and dedicating substantial time and energy to learning everything I can about the ever-changing health and fitness industry.  My answer is always the same.  I love to see and hear that I've made a difference in someone's life.  Whether it's enhancing the abilities of an athlete, easing every day movements of someone with arthritis, or being lauded for helping someone feel better about themselves.  Knowing that I played a role in making a difference is everything to me.
